Lavender Hand Warmer

Filled with Lavender flowers and flax seed.  These are great for arthritic hands, cold hands and overworked hands.  These can also be used on the feet.  Use like the eye and neck pillows, heat or freeze.  Start with 20 second bursts in the microwave until you know the heat from your microwave.  If you choose to freeze them, freeeze them in the bag.  They will freeze cold, not solid, and can be used for inflamation.
